Barca want Ozil…
07:15: Barcelona could turn their attentions to Mesut Ozil if Philippe Coutinho stays at Liverpool.
That’s according to Spanish outlet Don Balon, who say they are ready to pay £53million to get a deal done.
Coutinho remains their top target, however Liverpool are so far proving stubborn negotiators.
Barcelona also like the idea of signing Ozil given how popular he was for fierce rivals Real Madrid.
No Keita alternative – Carragher
07:00: Liverpool will wait another year to sign RB Leipzig star Naby Keita, according to Jamie Carragher.
The Reds have seen three offers for the 22-year-old Guinea international rejected by the Bundesliga outfit, who insist he’s 100% staying.
But Carragher believes there WON’T be an alternative signing this summer because Klopp would rather wait 12 months to get his man.
“Regarding Keita, I don’t think that Jurgen Klopp will go out and buy another midfielder,” he told 5times.co.uk.
“I think he would be willing to wait until next season as supposedly Naby Keita has a buyout clause.”
Liverpool could miss out on Naby Keita
06:45: Inter Milan could hijack Liverpool’s deal for Naby Keita.
Italian website Calcio Mercato claim the Serie A giants are preparing to make a move for the Guinea international.
Keita has been on the Reds’ radar all summer long.
But, if Inter get their way, he will by plying his trade at the San Siro next term instead.
